VYLA is a trading name of Evive Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16620342). Our registered address is Suite 5, IDB House, 70 Saville Street East, Sheffield, S4 7UQ. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through getvyla.com, fillershield.com, fillershield.co.uk, and our TikTok Shop.

What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

•        Name, email address, delivery address, and phone number when you place an order or sign up to our mailing list

•        Payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments or TikTok Shop; we do not store card details)

•        Browsing behaviour on our website (pages visited, time on site) via cookies

•        Email engagement data (opens, clicks) through our email marketing platform Klaviyo

•        Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email or social media

Why we collect it and our legal basis

To fulfil your order: We need your name, address, and payment details to process and deliver your purchase. Legal basis: performance of a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

To send you marketing emails: If you sign up to our mailing list or make a purchase, we may send you emails about VYLA products, offers, and content. Legal basis: consent (for mailing list signups) or legitimate interest (for existing customers, with an easy opt-out on every email). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or by emailing info@getvyla.com.

To improve our website and products: We use anonymised analytics data to understand how people use our site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

To comply with legal obligations: We retain certain records (e.g. invoices, order history) as required by tax and company law. Legal basis: legal obligation (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

Who we share your data with

We share your data only with third parties who help us run the business:

•        Shopify (order processing and website hosting)

•        TikTok Shop (if you purchase through TikTok)

•        Klaviyo (email marketing)

•        Royal Mail, DPD, or other delivery services (to deliver your order)

•        Stripe or PayPal (payment processing)

•        Xero (accounting software)

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not share your data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Shopify, Klaviyo, and Stripe) process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the service provider being certified under a recognised data protection framework.

How long we keep your data

•        Order records: 6 years (for tax and legal compliance)

•        Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, after which we suppress your email address to prevent re-contact

•        Website analytics: anonymised and retained indefinitely
