These terms
These terms apply to any order you place through getvyla.com, fillershield.com, fillershield.co.uk, or our TikTok Shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including stock availability or suspected fraud.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in GBP and include any applicable VAT. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Discount codes
Our welcome code gives 10% off your first order, including the first payment of a subscription. Renewals are charged at the normal plan price. Each code can be used once, one code per customer, and codes cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. We may cancel a code, or an order placed with it, if the code has been shared publicly or used in breach of these terms.
Product descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are accurate. FillerShield is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, for any reason. To cancel, email info@getvyla.com stating your order number and that you wish to cancel. You must return the product to us within 14 days of cancelling. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. We will refund the purchase price (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the product back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back if that is sooner. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
In addition to your statutory cooling-off rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied with FillerShield for any reason within 30 days of delivery, email info@getvyla.com and we will refund what you paid for one tub in full. You do not need to return it. If your first order included more than one tub, you can also return any unopened tubs within the same 30 days for a refund of what you paid for them. Return postage for unopened tubs is at your own cost. This guarantee applies to first orders only (one per customer). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.
The 30-day guarantee does not apply to:
• Subscription orders after the first month (your first subscription delivery is covered)
• Items purchased through third-party resellers or marketplaces (other than our official TikTok Shop)
• Orders where a refund has previously been issued to the same customer
• Gift card purchases
Subscriptions
If you sign up for a subscription, you will be billed automatically at the frequency you selected (e.g. monthly). You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing info@getvyla.com. Cancellation takes effect before your next billing date. There is no minimum commitment.

Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
