Delivery within the United Kingdom

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail and usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Faster options, where available, are shown at checkout.

Delivery is free on UK orders of £60 and over, which covers our 3 and 6 month plans. For orders under £60, delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery costs may vary for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Any additional charge will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions

Each subscription delivery is dispatched on its renewal date and follows the same delivery times. Subscription orders of £60 and over ship free.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, email info@getvyla.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before dispatch but cannot guarantee this.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email info@getvyla.com with your order number and we will investigate. We will either resend the order or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Busy periods

During promotional periods or periods of high demand, dispatch may take an extra 1 to 2 working days. We will tell you about any expected delays on the website and in your order confirmation email.
